【明報專訊】新加坡住宅房地產主要有組屋（HDB Flats）和私人住宅（Private Properties）兩種類型，其中私人住宅包括非有地私人住宅（Non-Landed Properties）和有地私人住宅（Landed Properties）。非有地私人住宅包括公寓（Apartment）、共管公寓（Condominium）和執行共管公寓（Executive Condominium），有地私人住宅包括優質洋房（Good Class Bungalow）、獨立洋房（Detached House）、半獨立洋房（Semi-detached House）、聯排別墅（Terrace House）和集群排屋（Cluster House）。
